We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will confirm availability of merchandise, order status and shipping dates. Orders are not charged until merchandise is shipped.
We stand behind the quality of everything that we sell. It's not likely to happen, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product from Nestlé Nutrition then we will promptly refund the purchase price or replace the product free of charge. Please return the item within 60 days to our address above.
Note: Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
We offer three different shipping options for your convenience:
- UPS Ground: Free Shipping & Handling for orders over $49.95* (before taxes). For orders under $49.95 (before taxes), consumers will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 for Shipping & Handling.
- UPS Next Day: Orders will be charged published rates according to the zone and estimated weight of the order.
- UPS Second Day: Orders will be charged published rates according to the zone and estimated weight of the order.
Free shipping and handling offer available on a single order totalling $49.95 or more, exclusive of any applicable tax. Valid in continental U.S. only. Offer valid on ground shipping only; not valid on other shipment methods. Orders totalling less than $49.95 will be charged $7.95 for shipping and handling.
All orders that are requested to ship via UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day will be charged published rates according to the zone and estimated weight of the order.
Shipping does not occur on weekends or holidays.
Orders will be processed on the next business day when placed over the weekend, on a holiday or after 2:00PM EST
