When my doctor told me I would have to take a multi-vitamin for the rest of my life, I was worried. I have trouble swallowing pills and have never found a chewable that I liked. It's the only vitamin for me.
Since my surgery four years ago I've stayed on this vitamin and can tell the difference when I've ran out and not taken it for a few days. I think it's a wonderful product.
Opti - WOW (LOL)
I have taken various vitamins in my lifetime and quit them. Now that I have to...I don't mind. These OptiSource Vitamins are chewable, taste fantastic, and make a difference in my health and well being as I am a bariatric surgery patient. I had my surgery in Oct. of 2007 and I still take my vitamins...they are a lifestyle as is your diet. But like I said...these taste so great that I look forward to chewing them!!
