Taste Is Perfect
I am 17 and drink one a day to help with my workouts and it does give me more energy througout the day i feel more awake and the flavor is great i still want more when i finish the small bottle but would deff recommend as daily nutrition
Great Product, but Bottle Design Needs Revision
During the first trimester of my pregnancy, Boost was one of the few things I could keep down. It tastes great, and it's easy on the stomach. I'm late in the second trimester now, and I'm still drinking it in the mornings as my normal breakfast foods gives me heartburn. My only complaint about the product is with the bottle design. Underneath the easy twist-off cap is a piece of protective foil that is nearly impossible to pull off. I'm not sure how someone with arthritis could manage to open the container.
A must have everyday!
I love the chocolate high protein. I now have my husband hooked. We are 33 years old and started using it with our weight loss program since we didn't like eating eggs, yet alone breakfast in the mornings. So it was suggested to take the high protein version. It tastes great, and being lactose intolerant to me its like drinking chocolate milk! I would recommend this to anyone who loves chocolate!
'way better than Ensure
Boost has provided my daily nutrition and protein for over 4 years! At age 75+ I am primarily on a liquid/soft food diet (eating problems) and Boost maintains me in good health!!!(also,I add a tsp of instant coffee,dilutedin tbsp of H2O) sometimes add icecream for a shake...
