Boost Plus works great!!
I have always been very slender and wanted to gain weight(healthy). Before Boost I was weighing 100 lbs after Boost 120 lbs. Healthy weight gain from Boost..The Strawberry Flavor is my favorite and I am going to start 3 bottles a day..
Boost Plus adds months to Mom's life
Boost Plus (Strawberry flavor only!) has given us months of additional time over doctor's expectations with our terminally ill mother. Blended with 1/2 banana and 1/2 avacado Boost Plus strawberry makes a great high-calorie drink that she enjoys five times a day. Hospice says that being around her family is part of it, but getting those calories every day has made a huge contribution to my mother's surprising longevity with fast-acting stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
Not Tolerated
I could not tolerate Boost Plus; it was difficult to get past the "medicine-like" taste. It did not sit well in my stomach.
Boost Plus was a life saver
I am proud to write this review on behalf of my daughter. In July 2008 she was down to 82 lbs and on her death bed. Not knowing what she could take since she was allergic to most foods, I successfully started her with 4 ounces of Vanilla Boost Plus with ice cream and milk. She worked herself up to 3 full bottles a day and is still continuing her intake. Today, January 26, 2009, after more than 6 months, she is up to 111 lbs. What a success story. While she is limited on foods because of her allergies, Boost Plus is her mainstay throughout the day. God Bless Carnation. Please do not change the drink. I noticed that you did add natural vanilla along with the artificial flavor, but she is still able to take it. Her life depends on this drink. She is able to function like any normal person without having to worry how and what she is going to eat.
