It is a lower in carbohydrate product compared with other milk based supplements. Milk has 12gms of carbohydrates without any flavorings.

i drink the strawberry before going to bed to prevent low blood sugar after i go to bed.
I swear by this product
I swear by this product. It truly does help control my blood sugars. It is filling and satisfying. I personally only drink the vanilla, perhaps because as a young man, I really liked vanilla milkshakes. Those days are long gone, but I can still enjoy this flavored ellixer.
Good Product
This is great for an on the go person who needs to get in a certain amount of calories, lots pf protien, and still watch her carb/sugar intake. It tastes good. (Not milk shake good, but good enough to drink everyday)
