After weight loss surgery I was pointed towards CIB no sugar added. I've always loved CIB Chocolate malt flavor and wish they'd make the sugar free in choco malt
Good Stuff!!!
During a recent physical, my blood pressure was taken, and I was told I have pre-hypertension. My Doctor told me that the contributing factors were most likely a large sodium intake, and inactivity (my job is mostly sitting behind a desk, with a 40 mile commute back and forth to work, so the desire to go to the Gym after a long day is difficult to muster). My girlfriend is a nursing student, and recently did a paper on the DASH diet, which was designed to dietarily reduce your blood pressure. We both have adopted the DASH diet, and I have been using CIB now as a breakfast, and occasionally a lunch replacement. I must say all the flavors are great, especially the milk chocolate, and strawberry sensation! I don't know exactly if my DASH diet is working yet, as my doctor has given me a 4 month window to do something on my own about my blood pressure, before he puts me on pills (ugh). But I must say, after starting this diet, and getting active, I do feel allot better. I am eager to try the sugar free CIB's after reading the positive reviews on this site.
Tasty and GOOD for you!
I just recently was in the hospital with a really bad case of diverticulitis. When I got out the surgeon told me to eat lots of protein and fiber until my surgery (next month). I bought a can of chocolate instant breakfast because of the amount of protein and fiber. I had no idea it would be as tasty as it is. I love not having added sugar in it.

I have instant breakfast almost everyday. Wish I could just buy the sf strawberry as it is my favorite.
Delicious, and I can't tell it's sugar free.
I first tried Instant Breakfast because it was quick and easy, and since I'm not a morning person, I need all the help I can get! I bought the sugar free by accident once and now it's all I buy. I would like to see some more flavors available in this soon!
