Baked Ham


Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
6 oz. Ham, cooked
3 Tbsp. Water or Pineapple Juice, hot
1 1/2 tsp. THICKENUP®

Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray mini bread pan square pan with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Place ham and liquid into blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
3. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
6. Cut into two squares and serve one square.
7. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Hold for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.

Note:
1. If using a blender to puree, additional liquid and THICKENUP® may need to be added to achieve desired consistency.

Baked Pork Chops


Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
6 oz. Boneless Pork Chops, cooked
1/4 cup Water or apple juice, hot
1 Tbsp. THICKENUP®

Preparation:
1. Place pork chops and water or juice into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
3. Pour into a small pan or microwave safe dish. Reheat to serving temperature.
4. Use approximately 1/2 cup per serving.*
5. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately. Hold for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.

* Servings suggestions: Top pureed pork chops with your favorite sauce or gravy to add moisture and flavor.

Note:

Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
3 oz. serving Ham Loaf, cooked
1 Tbsp. Water or Pineapple Juice, hot
1 tsp. THICKENUP®

1. Place ham loaf and broth into blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. 2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Pork Chow Mien


Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
4 oz. Lean pork, cut into cubes and cooked
1/4 cup Water or apple juice, hot
2 tsp. THICKENUP®
1 cup Chow mien vegetables, cooked and drained
1 tsp. Margarine, melted
1/4 cup Prepared chow mien sauce
1 Tbsp. THICKENUP®
Pureed Rice

Preparation:
1. Place pork cubes and water or juice into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
3. Pour into a small pan or microwave safe dish. Reheat to serving temperature.
4. Place vegetables, margarine and chow mien sauce into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
5. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
6. Pour into a small pan or microwave safe dish. Reheat to serving temperature.
7. For each serving, use 1/3 cup pureed pork, 1/4 cup pureed vegetables and 1/2 cup of rice. Top with additional chow mien sauce, if desired.
8. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately. Hold for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.

Preparation:

2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
3. Pour into a small pan or microwave safe dish. Reheat to serving temperature.
4. Use 1/3 cup per serving. Garnish with gravy, if desired.
5. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately. Hold for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.
