RESOURCE® THICKEN UP®
Salad
Chicken, Turkey or Tuna Salad
Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken, Turkey, or Tuna Salad, Prepared
3 Tbsp. Milk
2 tsp. THICKENUP®
Preparation:
1. Place meat salad and milk into blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
4. Use 1/2 cup per serving.
5. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Hold for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.
Note:
1. If using a blender to puree, additional liquid and THICKENUP® may need to be added to achieve desired consistency.

Cottage Cheese and Fruit
Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Low fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Milk
2 tsp. THICKENUP®
1/2 cup Canned Fruit, drained
2 tsp. Fruit juice or water
2 Tbsp. THICKENUP®
Preparation:
1. Place cottage cheese and milk into blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
3. Pour mixture into a small pan or two dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate.
4. Puree fruit with water or juice in blender or food processor until smooth.
5. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
6. Spoon fruit mixture over cottage cheese. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
7. Use 1/2 cup per serving.
8. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Hold for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.

Creamy Coleslaw
Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup Creamy Coleslaw, prepared
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. THICKENUP®

2. Add THICKENUP® and blend briefly until mixed. Scrape down sides of container to make sure all thickener is blended in.
