3 cups Meatless Marinara Sauce, Hot

Ingredients:
1 1/2 qt. Meatless Marinara Sauce, Hot
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp THICKENUP

Preparation:
1. Remove amount of cooked marinara sauce needed and place in food processor.
2. Puree until smooth in texture.
3. Add THICKENUP
®. Process briefly until mixed, scraping sides of bowl.
4. Pour into steamtable pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and heat quickly (within 2 hours) to 165°F.
6. Hold hot for service at internal temperature of 140°F. or higher.
7. Portion one 2-ounce ladle per serving.

1. Measurements of liquid and THICKENUP
® may be adjusted to achieve desired consistency.
