Suggested Use: Usual adult dosage8: two capsules, two times a day. Take 30-60 minutes before meal(s) with water. Do not exceed six capsules per day. Swallow capsules whole or open capsules and mix contents with applesauce. Do not chew.

Each capsule contains 25 mg of caraway oil and 20.75 mg of l-menthol. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, metacrylic acid copolymer, metylcellulose, hypromellose, triethyl citrate, croscaramellose sodium, glycerol monostearate, FD&C Red #3, and FD&C Blue #1.
