Nestlé Health Science - BOOST® High Protein - Balanced Nutrition Drink

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hate the new seal on the bottle. Why??? I have to drink Boost every day for nutritional needs, and although I do not have arthritis, I find the new seal on the top to be VERY difficult to remove. One bottle slid and all of the contents splashed all over my counter. The bottle is sealed by the outer plastic covering. Can anyone tell me why the new seal is in place, and if it is for safety reasons, is it ok to drink any Boost I buy that doesn't yet have the hideous new seal? Other than that, I love the product's taste, but have been considering going back to Ensure, which I can open, and I don't want to, since I like Boost's flavor better, but not if I have to fight to get into the bottle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powdered Form of High Energy Boost My blood work shows I am lacking in protein, vitamin D, Vitamin B's, vitamin C, etc. My doctor suggestions that I purchase the High Energy Boost. I did not like the liquid form of Boost so I tried the powdered form. I take one cut of ice, one cup milk, and one cup frozen yogart. It makes a delicious drink that I drink nearly every morning.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from strawberry has no strawberry taste I purchased Boost High Protein Strawberry Bliss flavor because I loved the strawberry flavor of another brand. The Boost strawberry looks and tastes like vanilla--no strawberry flavor at all. I thought it was just a packaging error the first time, but several months later, it still looks and tastes like vanilla.

It is smooth and great tasting. You will never know that you are taking in all healthy vitamins and minerals with this protein shake. I use this as a meal replacement while breastfeeding my little one. It is important that I make sure to take in all of the needed vitamins to keep my energy and to be able to supply the nutrients that are needed to supply per feeding. I high suggest using this protein shake. Even it ot is not to make certain you are getting the needed nutrients.....because it taste great!
