I thought that the shake had a thick chocolatey flavor that for me is a little too salty for my liking. I do like that it contains 4g of fiber, 25 vitamins and minerals, and contains isolate protein. If you are okay with 300mg of salt and need the protein, this is a good product for you. 1 key to this is that this is like a meal replacement so with the lower calorie consumption you can lose weight if you take it consistently.

My husband and I both tried it. I like the fact that it has a bunch of great vitamins and minerals. It's a really good nutritional supplement. My husband and I both thought the consistency was way too thick. It is rich and definitely has a chocolate flavor. It has a slight chalky aftertaste to it. Dont really care for it. It will make you feel full quickly so if that something your seeking you might like this product. It's not something we would repurchase.

The texture was surprisingly thick—almost unpleasant to drink—and the chocolate flavor came with a strange aftertaste that lingered longer than I’d like. While the packaging is convenient and sturdy, the ingredients list didn’t impress me for the price point. For the cost, I expected better flavor and satiety, but unfortunately, it didn’t keep me full between meals. Overall, I don’t think it offers good value or effectiveness compared to other options on the market

It's easy to open and close. The taste is just okay, but I do like that it doesn't leave an aftertaste, and it does give me the boost I need to start my day. You don't feel like eating much if not at all. With Boost Advanced Nutritional Shake, I can refuel and get the energy I need to keep going. Each drink has 35g of high-quality protein for muscle, 4g of probiotic fiber for digestive health and 8 essential B vitamins to support energy metabolism. What's great about this drink is that it is rich, thick and delicious. Boost helps me to supplement my missed lunch for a delicious treat that gives me the nutrients my body needs to power through my day.

It’s best consumed very cold almost milkshake cold. It has 35 g of protein per bottle and one carton is 200 cal. And has some high potency and potassium calcium vitamin E B12, vitamin D B6 and biotin. It is very thick. Thicker than regular boost and chocolate milk., it leaves a film on your lips and in your mouth. It is gluten-free. It does have milk proteins, but doesn’t note if it has lactose.. it has a good strong, chocolate flavor, but a little bit of chalkiness.q I have tried several of the other boost products. I will say I liked better.

Carton is easy and mess free , just shake it, and it's ready to drink. With 35g of protein, 4g in prebiotic fiber, and 25 vitamins and minerals, it is my shake of choice after my workouts. I also love it because it tides me over in between meals. The taste is smooth, creamy, and has a nice vanilla flavor, no grittyness or bad aftertaste. I love that it is GLP-1 friendly and only 1g sugar. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
