Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tastes just like Chocolate Milk [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this product tasted very good. My friend is a RN, keeps telling me I should try these, since I am not a big eater and don't get the nutrients I need. She takes them to work with her, since she is busy and doesn't always have time to eat. I've been hesitant because I always thought of that nasty after taste with this type of product. But I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that they don't have any after taste. They remind me of drinking a glass of milk. And I did notice I felt better. I plan on getting some. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors now, as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Calorie control in a portable package [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Boost nutritional drinks but was very pleased to find the Calorie Smart option to add to our pantry. I have recently lost over 65 lbs with changing my diet and increasing my exercise. The last thing I need is a calorie “bomb” to throw off my hard work. I was very pleased that Boost has offered a calorie concious option for those of us who are working to limit caloric intake. Now, I don’t have to worry that my nutritional supplements will burn up my limited available calories. And it gives me the nutrients and energy that I have come to expect from Boost nutritional drinks. Best of both worlds!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Weird Smell [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several Boost drinks in the past, and this one tastes about the same. There is a vitaminy aftertaste, but that is to be expected, given the ingredients. The thing that almost turned me away from this particular boost drink, was the smell of it. When I opened it, it had a weird smell that I can't quite explain. All in all, the taste is ok...I tried the Very Vanilla, and it tasted as I expected it would. Much like other vanilla flavored health drinks. I think that if it were ice cold, it would taste much better, than straight from the bottle without any refrigeration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly delicious [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really taking back by the taste, with biotin and zinc in it I expected it to taste awful but it tastes just like chocolate milk! I almost held my nose when I first tasted it but I decided not to so I could get the real taste and after I tasted it I chugged it because it was delicious. Im not a spring chick anymore so I need a little extra nutrients and its like this was made for what I need, I will be buying more of this flavor. This has always been a trusted brand of mine so I never doubted them :) I also like that the portion size isnt over whelming. My dr recommended it so I am so happy I tried this flavor.

Boost dark chocolate has a rich creamy chocolate flavor. It's not overly rich and doesn't have watery flavor. It's a great nutritional drink packed full of vitamins and minerals while still only 180 calories. It provides 30 % of your daily value of protein, 100% of vitamins E & C, 35% calcium and many more essential vitamins and minerals. This is nicely packaged for breakfast on the go, lunches or a satisfying treat anytime. I would recommend this to friends and family because it tastes great and is very nutritional.

It gives me the nutritional value I need. Boost Women has “24 essential vitamins & minerals that include Iodine & Selenium to help support normal THYROID function, Calcium & Vitamin D to support strong BONES, and Biotin & Zinc to support SKIN & HAIR health”. This drink is the perfect pick me up when I’m tired. It keeps me energized and gets me through the day. The very vanilla flavor tastes like a sweet milkshake. It is so yummy, but at the same time I feel good that I’m drinking something that is healthy.

Nutritional Drink. It has everything a woman needs. It help Thyroid with Iodine and Selenium, Bone has Calcium and Vitamin D,and Hair and Skin has Biotin and Zinc plus all the other vital vitamins and nutrients that all women can benefit from. With busy life don't always have time to eat proper diets and with this drink you are able to get the nurishment you are missing. I love the Very Vanilla taste amazing. No chalk taste.I definitely recommend this product to everyone. It's a great grab and go especially when don't have time to eat a balance meal.
