Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Been on this for 8 months due to cancer of the throat. I've been keeping a steady weight. Its easy to use. sometimes a little hard to open but most of the time no problem. I pour into my syringe, flush with water an done. Rare occasion I've had a little taste which is not good. All in all I think its a good product and has kept me alive, but nothing like real food which I hope t be on in another couple months. I use six containers a day rarely feel hungry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Packaging Nightmare! Good news - Good Product Bad / AWFUL news - Who designs these packages? Obviously someone who has never used the product or help someone use the product. SOLUTION: THINK! Provide a Easy-fill device / Easy / POUR device. What will that cost? Well, cut back on the 5-6 color printing on the container and THERE = what you saved will make it easier to use. I am sure I will not get a response, but come on NESTLE - you are better than this! Your products are great but the ISOSOURCE packaging is awful. This is NOT Chocolate Chip Cookies - THIS is nutritional product for people that NEED your help and understanding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from change the foil seal to a twist off cap the product is great but instead of a twist off cap it that Jevity 1.5 Cal uses as well as a better container Nestle decided all these years to disrespect its patients and in order to save money, they use a foil seal and a " plastic type tissue like seal underneath it that doesn't fully puncture and the drink spills all over. I will switch to Jevity 1.5! I see the comments about the lead from 4 years ago but Nestle does not seem to care about us. Everyone should switch to other products so once they loose a good number of customers, then they will make the change!

Jevity to Nestle....product flies easily through tube and nutrionally seems equivalent but packaging is a pouring nitemare ..instead of a twist off cap it uses a foil seal and a " plastic type tissue like seal underneath it that doesn't fully puncture ..I normally transfer these to a 160z squeeze type spout bottle to put into my syringe ..unfortunately it spills all over .almost everytime ..very messy to use especially whe I have to eat in my vehicle during working hours...jevity and other manufacturers use a hard cap twist off on a better carton that will flow 100% of the time drip free ..cmon you guys could of done better we ate not putting a straw in that small hole to sit like ina juice carton ..we have special eating and preparation needs...I'll be requesting my supplier to switch back to jevity for myself !

I have to agree with the majority of other reviewers, though. The packaging is messy and shows a lack of respect for the consumer; easily the worst in the marketplace. Isosource is now my secondary, backup nutrition source.

Once opened it spills, difficult to pour into the feeding syringe without making a mess...it stains clothing.. Not sure how good the product is but it doesn't really matter. Thanks Nestle for making fit harder for people that must rely on a feeding tube.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product! I am not able to drink or eat, I use this product 1800 calories a day (5 daily) and feel I have the nutrients my body needs. It is somewhat difficult to open so I recommend open the product before you start feeding. I do however take additional liquid vitamins supplements.
