Rated 1 out of 5 by from And we wonder why the sick get sicker..... I am absolutely devastated that this is the formula prescribed for my father who is suffering from ALS and frontotemporal dementia. Corn syrup should never be in any medical grade product. Canola oil is a huge inflammatory oil, which anyone relying on this type of formula is already trying to combat. Carrageenan is also an awful ingredient that can cause many digestive issues when consumed. Calories derived from sugar do not count as the calories that the patients who rely on this formula need. Please, do better for the health of those who need this!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inferior packaging Used Osmolite for over a year for my husband with its twist off cap. Wonderful, since we have to add a partial amount for all 5 feedings. Nutren packaging is so inferior since you cannot reseal adequately to shake up for next feeding and the plastic seal under pull off foil doesn’t always come off cleanly. It can be a real mess. Even the cardboard box holding the 24 units requires scissors to start the perforations and a lot of strength after that. I am so hopeful that Osmolite will be back in stock for his next months delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ingredients My dad started on this two weeks ago. He is more lethargic than he's been in the last seven months of cancer! It's like giving him a candy bar. We are stopping this as we can see a huge difference in his energy level. It's sad that we are trying to increase his weight and energy and this is created with junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very unhappy I started using this product 2weeks ago for my severely disabled son. After the formula has been in his Joey bag for six hours it turns to a thick substance that clogs up his feeding tube. I’ve shaken it very well and added warm water, nothing helps. I had the supplier replace in form another warehouse and it does the same thing. It has ruined many Joey bags, so thick it can’t be rinsed out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Poorly designed opening. While I use this product for my tube feeding needs, I have to agree that the opening in poorly designed and not user friendly. It is trouble enough to have to use a knife to get a clean pour from the container, but I also have to pour it from the carton into another container for ease of use in the feeding tube. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for users with arthritis in their hands. It could be better designed. I have no problem with the liquid product itself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong type of opening on container For years I've been using Osmolite with no real problems. The problem I find with your containers is there is no cap. I can't pour it without spilling. With your product I have to pour into a measuring cup and it still spills. This may not seem like a big problem to the normal person who can set down and eat a meal, but to those who can't it can be a huge problem. It may be cheaper to make but it's not the best way to someone who has to use six a day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seriously? So I normally use osmolite 1.5 but they were out of stock so I got this in its place for a month. Only way I have found to use it and not get it everywhere is to use a stich ripper to cut the hole open and then use the silver tab as a pour spout after bending it. Wish I could attach a picture. Hate the packaging. Can't wait for osmolite to be back in stock!!!!!
